Bankruptcy Claw Back Defense

Nat specializes in settling bankruptcy claw back efforts/suits against medium-size and small vendors. He is outraged at the bankruptcy code that allows this process. In opposition, Nat is uniquely qualified as an expert in payments made in the ordinary course of business-the primary claw back defense. His comprehensive experience as a financial executive and consultant particularly in retail industry transactions empowers him to formulate ironclad positions. He achieves in-depth knowledge and multi-representation scale by focusing on specific large retailer bankruptcies thereby reducing client costs.

Receivables/Payables Consulting

Retail is a volume transactional business where receivables-payables are crucial. Nat acquired two payment certifications, CAPP and APM, at their professional inception. He then proceeded to write manuals which became the basis for the aforementioned certification exams. Nat was editor of an accounts payable newsletter. Accordingly, he applied his expertise to a number of clients in terms of process improvement and education.

Retail Advisory

Nat had a 20+ year career with Sears in six US states. As corporate comptroller for Sears Roebuck de Mexico S.A. he redesigned the financial and supply chain plan to respond sensitively to hyperinflation and devaluation during Mexico’s economic crisis. Based upon extensive experience, Nat launched a retail advisory practice which included significant accomplishments on-sight on five continents.

Seminar Development & Presentation

He has presented 900+ workshops/seminars/webinars worldwide on a range of subjects for over 20 years. Nat worked as a sub-contractor as well as the sponsor of seminars. Currently, Nat is featured as a seminar/webinar developer and presenter for both Surgent-McCoy and the Center for Professional Education. The current course is entitled Best Practices in Finance & Accounting designed essentially for CPA’s and financial executives.
