Focused in-house workshops are a very cost effective vehicle for driving consensus-motivated process improvements. Accordingly, NASBA CPE certification credits are available on an economical unit basis. Frequently, a process assessment precedes a workshop whereby opportunities are identified and seminars are enriched.
Nat works closely with his clients in obtaining solutions and helping them succeed. Generally, you will engage Nat's individualized attention and expertise not a team containing less seasoned agents.
Where appropriate, Nat will arrange for a team of veterans from a pool of process experts who he is well-acquainted. This partnering will only take place if he can be assured of significant value to the client.
Nat is a catalyst for process improvement frequently employing the workshop forum to achieve process improvement consensus.
