Nathaniel W. Goodman, CPA, CAPP, APM, MBA is a pioneer in business process reengineering and an expert in best practices who is credited with significant consulting accomplishments on five continents. He served as comptroller for Sears Roebuck de Mexico during that country financial crisis as well as in a number of shared service manager positions in various finance functions. Since 2000, he has concentrated on procure-to-pay and working capital processes. He has authored two certification manuals for the International Accounts Payable Professionals and been a contributing editor to several research reports/manuals for the Institute of Management and Administration. He has presented over 900 seminars worldwide including certification training for IAPP and IOMA plus over 500 best practices in finance seminars for the Center for Professional Education. He is a licensed CPA in Texas, an AICPA member and proficient in Spanish/English. Nat served as an artillery officer and a paratrooper in the U.S. Army. Current Seminars-Workshops-Training Focused in-house workshops are a very cost effective vehicle for driving consensus-motivated process improvements. Accordingly, NASBA CPE certification credits are available on an economical unit basis. Frequently, a process assessment precedes a workshop whereby opportunities are identified and seminars are enriched.
Nat works closely with his clients in obtaining solutions and helping them succeed. Generally, you will engage Nat's individualized attention and expertise not a team containing less seasoned agents. Where appropriate, Nat will arrange for a team of veterans from a pool of process experts who he is well-acquainted. This partnering will only take place if he can be assured of significant value to the client. Nat is a catalyst for process improvement frequently employing the workshop forum to achieve process improvement consensus. See Client List covering five continents.
